এই শিক্ষালয়টি আমার কাছে নিছক কোনো প্রতিষ্ঠান নয়; এটি আমার হৃদয়ের গভীরে লালন করা একটি আকাঙ্ক্ষা— যেখানে জ্ঞানের আলো আর মূল্যবোধের প্রাচীর হাত ধরাধরি করে চলবে। আমাদের এই পথচলার মূলমন্ত্র হলো: "একটি মন, যা শিখতে ভালোবাসে, আর একটি হৃদয়, যা অনুভব করতে জানে।"
প্রতিষ্ঠাতা হিসেবে আমার অঙ্গীকার এই যে, আমরা কেবল বইয়ের পাতা উল্টাতে শেখাবো না, শেখাবো জীবনকে ভালোবাসতে, স্বপ্ন দেখতে এবং সেই স্বপ্ন পূরণের জন্য নিরন্তর সাধনা করতে। আমরা চাই প্রতিটি শিক্ষার্থী যেন নিজের ভেতরের সুপ্ত সম্ভাবনাকে আবিষ্কার করতে পারে এবং আগামীর পৃথিবীতে তারা যেন কেবল চাকরির প্রার্থী না হয়ে, পরিবর্তনের কারিগর হয়ে ওঠে।
এখানে প্রতিটি ইট, প্রতিটি কক্ষ যেন এই কথাই ঘোষণা করে: শিক্ষা হলো স্বাধীনতার প্রথম সোপান।
অভিভাবক, শিক্ষক এবং প্রিয় শিক্ষার্থীদের প্রতি আমার আহ্বান— আসুন, আমরা সকলে মিলে এমন একটি শিক্ষাঙ্গন গড়ে তুলি, যেখানে শুধু মেধার পরিচর্যা হবে না, মনুষ্যত্বের জন্ম হবে।
এই পথে আপনাদের পাশে পাওয়া আমাদের পরম সৌভাগ্য।

Education is a procedure of learning where knowledge, skills, and habits move from one generation to the other. Moreover, education is essential for the overall development of a human being. For instance, their personal, social as well as the economic development of the country. So I think Uttara Model School & College is one of the best institution for gaining quality knowledge.
Education means a conscious and well- planned effort in creating a learning process so
that the learners will be able to develop their full potential for acquiring knowledge, spiritual
and religious strength, develop self- control, personality, intelligence, morals and the noble
character and skills that one needs for him/ herself for the community, for the nation and for
the state.
The goal of Uttara Model School and College (UMSC) is for the students to become a
‘whole’ person with spiritual, social, physical, emotional, intellectual and moral dimensions.
This means that they will be kind hearted persons with a strong healthy body, a curious mind
and able to learn and see how their strength can help others and to create good citizens with
balanced personalities.
To ensure the acquisition of essential knowledge, subject based knowledge, positive
attitude, life skills, habit on basic moral values through the Quran learning with general
education both in Bangla mediun amd English version in our school.
The system of Uttara Model School and College is:

And less funding, more learning.”
We want the best school for your child to literally be the school that is closest to your
home. This also reduces costs for transporting students to school since there is no need to
